EV DAYS – regional fair dedicated to electromobility, which consists of exhibition and conference divided into 6 panels, has been held in Novi Sad on September 11^th and 12^th 2025.

 

ITS Serbia Chair Miroslav Petrović took part in the panel named “Cybersecurity issues in the EV ecosystem”. Panel has been moderated by TeleGroup Ltd CMO Aleksandar V., involving also representatives of the other relevant stakeholders: national road operator JP “Putevi Srbije” – PE “Roads of Serbia” – Velimir Ćirović and cybersecurity industry Dragan Novaković and Ivan Mladenović.

 

At the end of the exciting discussion where important information and interesting examples have been shared with the audience, all participants agreed that widespread acceptance of electromobility and autonomous vehicle technologies creates potential for new types of treats in the EV landscape which must be taken into account seriously. Adequate response requires standardization and regulations in various segments, followed by permanent education and continuous knowledge sharing process among stakeholders. ITS Serbia as national organization plays an important role in this process, acting as a facilitator and common link between national, regional and European contributors.
